摘要
作为两种最基础性、最重要的生产要素,劳动与资本的关系不仅关系企业正常的运行,更关系到一个社会的稳定和经济的持续发展。和谐的劳资关系是构建一个和谐社会的经济基础,制度创新来自于对劳资关系本身所具有的和谐成分的把握和引导。本文从经济发展史的角度分析了劳资关系变迁的规律,并从博弈论、外部性和利益相关者治理三个维度探究了劳资关系所具有的内外部和谐机制,对其政策含义进行了延伸。
As two kinds of the most basic and important factors, labor and capital relationship not only correlates with the normal operation of enterprises, but also affects social stability and sustainable economic development. Harmonious labor - capital relationship is the economic foundation to build a harmonious society. Institutional innovation comes from the understanding and guiding the harmonious factors which the labor - capital relationship itself owns, The paper analyzes the changing rule of labor - capital relationship from the perspective of economic development history, probes the internal and external harmonizing mechanism which labor- capital relationship owns, and extends its policy implication.
