Development of Logistics Management of Retail Enterprises and Countermeasures

结合山东零售企业物流管理情况的调查,从经营理念、物流配送、信息技术的应用、现有物流人才等方面详细分析了零售企业物流管理现状与存在的问题,并提出促进物流发展的对策。

Based on a survey of the logistics management of the retail enterprises in Shandong Province, this paper has analyzed in detail the status quo of and the existing problems in the logistics management of the retail enterprises in terms of management philosophy, logistics distribution, application of information technology, current logistics talents and so on. Countermeasures aimed at these problems are then proposed to help retail enterprises improve their logistics performance.
