双联降糖胶囊质量标准的研究

Quality standard for ShuangLianJiangTang capsule

目的 对双联降糖胶囊建立质量标准。方法 对方中金残莲、葛根、黄连建立TLC鉴别，用南效液相色谱法对盐酸小菜碱进行测定。结果 盐酸小菜碱在O．00885～1．18003μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为101．53％。结论：谊法探作简便，姑果准确，重复性好，可以控制双联降糖胶囊的质量。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for ShuangLianJiangTang capsule. METHODS TLC was used to identify Herba Anoectochilus, Radix Puerariae and Rhizoma Coptidis. The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0. 00885～1.18003μg.The average recovery was 101.53 % .CONCLUSION The method is simple, the result is accurate and the reproducibility is good and can be used as the quality control of ShuangLianJiangTang capsule.
