摘要
目的 探讨双波长分光光度法测定Cervitec涂荆中醋酸氯己定和麝香草酚的含量。结果 测定醋酸氯己定和麝香草酚的双波长分别244nm、289nm和216rim、267nm,线性范围分别是1μg·mL^-1~40μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998)和0.5μg·mL^-1~20μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997)。结论 本法简便,快速,准确,适用于该制剂中醋酸氯己定和麝香草酚的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of a dual-wavelength UV-spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of chlorhexidine acetate (CHa) and thymol in an antimicrobial varnish called Cervitee. METHODS With the optimum dual-wavelengths, the parameters of calibration curves for ehlorhexidine acetate (CHa) and thymol was selected at 244nm、289nm and 216nm、267nm, respectively, Beer' s law was obeyed over the concentration ranges of 1μg· mL^-1~40μg· mL^-1 with CHa and 0, 5μg· mL^-1~ 20μg· mL^-1 with thymol. CONCLUSION The present method showed good linearity and precision, and was suitable for the simultaneous determination of thymol and CHa in antimierobial varnish.
