β-受体阻滞剂在围手术期中的应用
摘要
β-肾上腺素受体阻滞剂为临床上常用的心血管药物,在围术期可用于防治高血压、控制心律失常、治疗慢性心衰、保护和改善心肌功能,从而增强手术耐受力,提高术后生存率。
