摘要 目的 建立测定血清中氯唑沙宗浓度的高效液相色谱法。方法采用迪马C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-O.02MKH2PO4(pH6.3)=9:11(V/V),含0.16%三乙胺;流速:1.0mL·min^-1;紫外检测波长:280nm;柱温:30℃。结果 氯唑沙宗在2、5~12.5μg·mL^-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为0.4μg·mL^-1,回收率为102.82±4.39%。结论 本法操作简便,灵敏度高。快速可靠,可用于血清中氯唑沙宗的浓度测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorzoxazone in serum. METHODS Diamonsil C18 (250 ×4.6mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02M buffer phosphate (9 : 11, pH6.3) and 0.16 % triethylamine, the flow rate was 1.0mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was 280nm. The column temperature was kept at 30℃. RESULTS The linear range of chlorzoxazone in serum was 2.5~12.5μg· mL^-1. The limit detection was 0.4μg· mL^-1. And the average recovery of the method was 102.82 ± 4.39 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and reliable, and it is suitable for the determination of chlorzoxazone in serum.
