摘要
阐述人工神经网络(ANN)的基本原理,针对基因供体位点预测的问题,对样本数据进行整理,建立和优化人工神经网络模型。结果表明,采用人工神经网络对供体位点进行预测是切实可行的,并且有比较高的精确度。
The basic principles of artificial neural network(ANN)has been expounded.And with regard to the problem of predicting donor sites of genes,the data was disposed;ANN model was established and improved.The results indicate that predicting donor sites by means of ANN is feasible and the means has high accuracy.
