摘要
采用以GPRS和Internet组成的通讯网络作为系统数据传输的通信平台,设计了基于WebGIS技术的3层B/S模式的监控调度中心体系结构,给出了基于ArcIMS的系统设计开发总体方案,阐述了系统实现的关键技术方法。该系统建设运营费用低,定位精度高,实时性强,监控范围广,能够满足大中城市各行业车辆监控调度的需要。
The paper demonstrates the data transmission and communication platform by the GPRS and Internet network.The 3-tier system architecture of B/S mode based on WebGIS is designed and the monitoring & dispatch center uses the architecture.The concrete scheme used ArcIMS has been given,and the paper demonstrates the key technique method of the system achievement.The construction and operation expenditure of the system is low,and the timeliness and positioning precision is also high,the monitoring region,vast.The system can satisfy the need of vehicles monitoring & dispatch by different trades in the big or medium cities.
