摘要
目的建立奥沙利铂原料药的含量测定方法。方法采用炽灼残渣法测定奥沙利铂原料药含量,并将结果与HPLC法进行比较。结果2种方法均具可行性。结论炽灼残渣法操作简便,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determining the content of platinum. METHODS HPLC and residue on ignition method were used to determine platinum, respectively, and there suits were compared each other. RESULTS All of the two methods were feasible to determine platinum. CONCLUSION Residue on ignition method were simple, accurate.
