摘要
目的建立高效液高效相色谱法测定西咪替丁注射液中西咪替丁的含量。方法色谱柱为waters碳十八柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)流动相:甲醇-水-三乙胺(20∶80∶0.1),磷酸调节pH值为3.5±0.1流速:1.0ml.min-1;检测波长:219nm。结果西咪替丁在0.127μg^1.01μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)平均回收率为:100.26%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the contents of cimitidine in cimitidine injection by HPLC. METHODS The column was Waters ODS18 ; the mobile phase was methanol-water-triethylamine (20: 80: 0. 1 ) pH adjusted to 3.5 ±0. 1 with H3PO4 ; the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 219nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between cimitidine and peak area when the sample injection was from 0. 127μg to 1. 01μg. The average recovery of sample was 100. 26% and RSD was 1. 1% (n =6). CONCLUSION This method is simple and rapid and accurate
