城市污水二级出水回用作冷却水系统运行方法的改进

摘要 针对金桥热电厂循环冷却水系统进行的3种不同补水方式的现场工业试验,确定了极限浓缩倍率,通过动电位扫描法和电镜扫描分析,得出了改进的补水方式,即以MBR+弱酸阳床出水与MBR出水混合水为补充水源的循环冷却水系统的补水方式,有效解决了该电厂循环冷却水系统同时存在结垢和腐蚀的问题,并使系统金属的腐蚀速率大大下降。
