An Investigation on the Employment of Disinfection Apparatuses in Medical Establishments

目的:了解各级医疗机构高压锅、紫外线灯配备及合格情况。方法:汇总2001-2005年的消毒监测资料进行分析。结果:县乡级医院高压锅和紫外线灯的配备率和消毒合格率均高于个体诊所,紫外线灯的配备率逐年提高,高压锅配备率2004、2005年均低于80%。结论:分析其原因,多数医疗工作者对消毒工作认识不足,注重经济效益,忽视消毒工作,需采取有效措施提高医务工作者对消毒工作的认识。

Objective： To investigate the qualifieation rate of such disinfection apparatuses as pressure cooker and the ultraviolet ray lights used in the medical establishments in Donghe District. Methods： An analysis was made of the monitoring data of disinfection collected from 2001 to 2005., Results： Equipment rate and qualification rate of pressure cooker and ultraviolet ray light in county, level hospitals are higher than those in private clinics. The equipment rate of the ultraviolet ray light rose year by year and the equipment rate of pressure cooker was lower than 80% in 2004 and 2005. Conclusion： The reason for this is that most medical workers pay less attention to disinfection and tend to lay emphasis upon economic performance and profits. Effective steps need to be taken to improve the medical workers＇views and understanding of disinfection.
