摘要
伺服控制方法是影响机床定位精度的关键因素之一,要保证数控系统的高定位精度,应采用合理的伺服控制方法。文章分析了在基于PMAC的开放式数控系统中提高定位精度的具体方法,对PMAC所提供的"PID+速度/加速度前馈+陷波滤波器"的伺服控制算法和误差补偿功能进行了阐述,将螺距误差补偿和间隙误差补偿应用于航空航天领域某型测控系统的系统误差补偿中,取得了良好效果。
The position accuracy of machine tool is directly affected by the servo-control method which should be properly selected to ensure the high position accuracy of a CNC system. In this paper, the position accuracy improving method of the opening CNC system based on PMAC is analyzed, the servo-control algorithm which involves PID, velocity/acceleration feed forward control and notch filter and the error compensation function provided by PM AC is discussed, the pitch error compensation and the clearance error compensation are introduced into the system error compensating of one measuring control system in aerospace field, and get proper effects.
