摘要
在分析丝杠螺距误差测量基本原理的基础上,简述了由单片微机组成的滚珠丝杠螺距误差动态测试系统,并开发了计算机辅助自动分析测控软件。该软件具有良好的人机操作界面,实现了丝杠的自动测量、自动分析、自动精度验收评定。经实际应用,检测效率高,操作性强,性能稳定可靠。
Based on the analysis of the pitch error measure theorem for screw, the dynamic measure system of pitch error for lead screw constituted by single-chip microcomputer is discussed. The CAE software has developed. The software has a good operation interface, it achieved automatic measurement, automatic analysis, automatic precision acceptance for screw pitch. Its capability is stability and reliability,and it has higo measurment efficiency in practice.
