三维CT在髁状突骨折诊断中的应用

Clinical Application of 3 Dimensional Computerized Tomography on Condyle Fracture

目的探讨三维CT影像技术在髁状突骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法对25例髁状突骨折患者进行三维CT检查,其中11例通过外科手术进一步验证三维CT诊断的准确性。结果三维CT成像能立体、精确、多方位地显示骨折部位、范围、移位、旋转、骨缺损范围等情况。结论三维CT对髁状突骨折的检查具有独特的诊断价值,同时对手术方案的制定具有指导意义。

Objective To explore the advantage of 3 dimensional computerized tomogrphy（CT） in diagnosing condyle fracture. Methods Twenty-five cases of condyle fracture were reconstructed with 3 dimensional CT and 11 of them were demonstrated the diagnostic accurity of 3 dimensional computerized tomography（CT） through surgical operation. Results The 3 dimensional CT could clearly demonstrate the fracture location, size, dislocation, rotation, bone defect in patients, and demonstrate the situation of fracture coalesce. Conclusion The 3 dimensional CT could have special diagnostic value in severe condyle fracture,and play an important role in surgical plan designing.
