摘要
研究植物生长调节剂4PU-30〔N-(2-氯-4-吡啶基)-N-苯基脲]对小麦(T.aestivumL.)花药培养效率的影响。结果表明:在诱导培养基中添加4PU-30可明显提高花药愈伤组织的绿苗率。4PU-30在较低浓度(0.5~5μg/L)时对愈伤组织的诱导影响不大,而浓度升高至10mg/L时,则有抑制愈伤组织形成的趋势。小麦不同杂交组合对4PU-30的反应存在差异,但大多数组合在添加4PU-30后绿苗产量有明显提高。文中还讨论了4PU-30提高绿苗产量的机理及合适的使用浓度。
The plant growth regulator 4PU 30(N phenyl N 2 chloro 4 pyridyl urea) was applied in the induction media to study its effect on anther culture of different cross combinations of wheat ( Triticum aestivum L). The callus induction frequency was not significantly affected by 4PU 30 in the range from 0 5 to 5 μg/L;whn the concentration was increased to 10 μg/L,some reduction in callus induction frequency was observed. Although there were differences in the response to 4PU 30 among different cross combinations, the green plantlet yield was found to be increased significantly in most crosses by using 4PU 30. The possible mechanism of the effect of 4PU 30 and its suitable concentrations were also discussed.
