摘要
选择15个具不同毒性基因组合的叶锈菌系,采用基因推导方法分析黄淮麦区21个小麦新品种所携带的抗叶锈病基因状况。在供试的30个已知抗叶锈病基因中,推导出了7个抗性基因:Lr1、Lr3a、Lr3ka、Lr16、Lr26、Lr30和Lr32。它们以单基因或基因组合形式分布在14个小麦品种中,其中Lr26是供试材料的主要已知抗叶锈病基因。还有一些品种具有不同于上述已知基因的未知基因,其余品种则不含任何抗叶锈病基因。
Trials were conducted to postulate genes for resistance to leaf rust(Lr genes)in 21 wheat cultivars from the Huanghuai wheat region .Fifteen isolates of Puccinia recondita f.sp. tritici which had previously been characterized for avirulence/virulence gene combiniation and 30 known Lr genes were used for postulation .Seven Lr genes,named Lr1, Lr3a,Lr3ka,Lr16,Lr26,Lr30 and Lr32 were detected in 14 wheat cultivars,either alone or in combination.Lr26 was the most common one in the tested cultivars.Certain Lr genes other than the 30 tested ones were found in some cultivars.There were also cultivars carrying no Lr gene at all.
