麦田后茬作物对甲黄隆残留敏感性的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用室内模拟添加生物测定法研究了江苏省玉米、棉花、油菜、水稻等主要作物及其品种对甲黄隆的敏感性,结果表明,所有供试作物对甲黄隆都存在一定的敏感性,且同一作物不同品种对甲黄隆的敏感性有较大的差异。 To simulate the influences of soil residue of metsulfuron on the early growth of some crops,laboratory experiments were conducted.Soil was placed in beakers,containing metsulfuron 0(CK),0 05,0 1,0 5,1,and 5 μ g/kg soil.Seeds of selected cultivars of maize,cotton,rice and rape, germinated or not,were sowed in the beakers and incubated in the LRH 150G growth chamber.After 6-13 days,root lengths were measured,and the inhibition rates of root growth caused by metsulfuron were estimated.Regression models of root inhibition rates on metsulfuron concentraitions were established for each of the crop cultivars.From the models,the values of ED 10 ,i.e.the metsulfuron concentration when the inhibition rate reaches 10%,were estimated and used as the scale for evaluating the sensitivity of crop cultivar to metsulfuron.Metsulfuron in soil at all tested concentrations inhibited the elongation of roots of every crop cultivar in the experiments.However,there were differences in sensitivity to metsulfuron among different cultivars of a crop.In maize,the most sensitive cultivar was Yedan 4,with an ED 10 value of 0 0190 μ g/kg.In cotton ,hybrid cultivars showed higher sensitivity (ED 10 0 05-0 0157)than conventional cultivars(ED 10 0 185-0 0224).In rape,however,conventional cultivars were more sensitive than their corresponding hybrids.In rice,conventional cultivars of Japonica and glutinous rice were senstive(ED 10 0 024-0 044);hybrid Japonica and Indica cultivars were rather tolerant(ED 10 0 111-0 160);Conventional Indica cultivars intermediate between the above two types.
