摘要
唐纳德·巴塞尔姆是后现代主义代表人物,其作品具有强烈的后现代主义特征,是对文学传统的戏仿和颠覆。本文通过对其短篇小说《玻璃山》的结构与内容的分析,揭示出这个童话模式之下隐藏着的一个社会政治批判的潜文本,是对美国主流社会中存在的"美国梦"的戏仿、解构和颠覆。
Donald Barthelme is one of the most strikingly innovative and arguable postmodem writer. The following paper is intended to understand him with socio-political concerns through the interpretation of The Glass Mountain, a parody as cultural criticism on the dominant ＂American Dream＂ in the modern American society.
