摘要
本文尝试运用布朗和列文森(Brown&Levinson)的礼貌策略理论,结合实例分析了礼貌策略尤其是消极礼貌策略和积极礼貌策略在不同类型商务信函中的具体运用,希望能有助于人们提高商务写作能力和交际能力。
with Brown & Levinson's politeness strategies as the guiding theory, the thesis attempts to analyze, together with concrete examples, the application of politeness strategies, especially the positive and negative strategies, in different types of business correspondences. It is expected that this can be helpful in improving people's business writing and communicative skill.
