学习者主体因素在外语学习中起着重要的作用,外语学习的成功与否与学习者主体有着极其紧密的联系,其中动机因素是关键因素之一,本文主要从对动机概念和分类的总结、动机对外语学习的影响及教师如何激发学习者的动机等几个方面进行阐述。

Individual learners＇ differences play a very important role in the foreign language learning. Whether foreign language learning is successful or not is closely related to those differences, among which motivation is a key factor. The paper aims to elaborate the motivation from the following aspects： a summary of def＇mitions and classifications of motivation, its influences on the foreign language learning and for teachers how to stimulate the learner＇s motivation.
