摘要
知识经济社会的到来为图书馆带来前所未有的机遇与挑战,知识服务将成为21世纪图书情报机构面向未来发展的战略选择。本文就图书馆知识服务的内涵及其必要性进行了简要的论述,并从馆员素质层面提出图书馆为实现知识服务应做的准备。
Library is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in knowledge economy society. knowledge service will become book-information organization＇s strategic choice when step-forward in the 21st century.The paper elaborated briefly on the connotation and necessity of library＇s knowledge service and proposes some advices that librarian should prepare for from the aspect of their qualities.
