摘要 目的介绍原位凝胶在滴眼剂中的应用新进展。方法介绍原位凝胶的不同胶凝机理,分析胶化过程和眼部应用时的影响因素。结果原位凝胶滴眼剂可以显著延长药物在眼部的滞留时间,提高药物生物利用度。结论原位凝胶滴眼剂作为一种新型眼部药物传递系统,具有良好的应用前景。 Objective To introduce the latest development on in- situ- gel of ophthalmic delivery system. Methods The different formation mechanisms for in-situ-gel were introduced. The gelling process and factors in ophthalmologic application were analyzed. Results The in- situ-gel conld obviously lengchen drug releasing and improved drug bioavailability. Conclusion In- situ-gel is as a novel drug delivery system with high developing value.
