反相高效液相色谱法测定喜生健宝颗粒中栀子苷含量

Determination of Geniposid in Xishengjianbao Granule by RP-HPLC

目的建立喜生健宝颗粒中栀子苷含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DikmaHPLC柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(10∶90),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0.02072～0.5180μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.3%(n=9)。结论该法准确、可靠。

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide in Xishengjianbao Granule. Methods The column was Dikma HPLC（200 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm）.The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile and water（10： 90）at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min, and the detecting wavelength was at 238 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 020 72 -0. 518 0 μg （ r =0. 999 8） and the average recovery rate was 100.2%, RSD was 1.3% （n =9）. Conclusion This method is reliable and accurate.
