Investigation and Analysis of Consultation Service on Drug Use in Our Outpatient Pharmacy

目的了解患者用药咨询情况,促进药学服务发展。方法对1064例次门诊药房用药咨询记录进行分类分析。结果咨询对象集中在少儿、老年患者,咨询内容主要是药物的用法、用量、不良反应,服药时间、注意事项,咨询的药物种类主要是心脑血管药物及抗菌药物,剂型多为口服型。结论开展合理用药咨询,有利于保证药物疗效、保障用药安全、促进合理用药,同时也对药师提出了更高要求。

Objective To know about the patients＇ consultation and to promote the development of pharmaceutical care. Methods 1 064 examples of consultation data in our hospital outpatient pharmacy were classfied and analyzed. Results The crowd of consultation service were focused on children and elderly people, The contents of consultation service were focused on the usage and dosages, adverse drug reaction, and time of taking medicine, The main drugs of consultation service were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs, antibiotics. The dosage form was focused on oral drugs. Conclusion Carrying out consultation service can promote the rational use of drugs, pledge the curative effects, and ensure the safety on using medicine, meanwhile, it brings forward the higher request for pharmacist.
