摘要
目的:研究信号传导与转录激活因子3(Stat3)基因在口腔疣状癌和鳞癌中mRNA的表达。方法:将30名患者根据其病理结果分为3组:疣状癌组(n=10)、高分化鳞癌组(n=15)和中低分化鳞癌组(n=5)。采用逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR)对3组患者的癌组织、正常组织Stat3基因mRNA的表达进行检测。结果:疣状癌组癌组织、配对正常组织Stat3基因mRNA的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05);而高分化鳞癌组和中低分化鳞癌组癌组织Stat3基因mRNA的表达明显低于配对正常组织(P<0.05)。其中,疣状癌组与高分化鳞癌组癌组织Stat3mR-NA的表达明显低于中低分化鳞癌组(P<0.05);而疣状癌组与高分化鳞癌组的癌组织Stat3mRNA的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Stat3基因在口腔鳞癌中表达有增高,在疣状癌中的表达无明显增高。在中低分化鳞癌中的表达显著高于疣状癌和高分化鳞癌。
Objective: To determine the expression of stat3 mRNA in oral verruvous carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Thirty cases were divided into 3 groups: verruvous carcinoma(n = 10) , well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (n = 15) and moderately or poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (n = 5 ). Reverse transcription poly- merase chain reaction (RT- PCR) was used to test the expression of stat3 mRNA in the carcinoma tissues and matched normal tissues. Results: The expression of stat3 mRNA in squamous cell carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in their matched normal tissue (P 〈 0.05), but was not obviously different in verruvous carcinoma ( P 〉 0.05 ). The expression of stat3 mRNA in verruvous carcinoma and well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in moderately or poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05). However, the expression of stat3 mR- NA was not obviously different between verruvous carcinoma and well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of stat3 mRNA in squamous cell carcinoma issues was significantly higher than that in their matched normal tissues, but was not higher in verruvous carcinoma. The expression of stat3 mRNA in moderately or poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in verruvous carcinoma and well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.
