Fostering a leaming culture is the necessity for the sustainable development ofschools, and educative action research, aiming at solving practical issues is the most efficient way to develop a leaning culture. Through research on educational action,teachers studied ＂learning to learn＂, nurtured their capabilities of collaborative learning, formed habits of reflective thinking and improved their professional levels.
