论学报的定位与办刊理念

On the Positioning and Notion of Running the University Journal

学报是高等学校主办的以反映主办学校的教学和科研成果为主的学术理论刊物。要办好学报首先必须明确学报的定位,树立科学的办刊理念:学报应当立足本校,放眼社会;坚持学术性,体现思想性,追求高品位;推陈出新,启迪思想;发挥优势,独树一帜;百家争鸣,一鸣惊人。

University journal is a theoretical periodical which aims at reflecting, primarily, the teaching and academic research level of the host university. To run a university journal to its best, a proper positioning is the prior consideration and followed by a scientific notion of running the university journal： a university journal must base on its own educational institution and have a far-reaching insight of the society, to stick to academic nature, to embody ideological content and to pursue good taste; A good journal must be capable of bringing forth the new through the old, enlightening good thoughts; And to establish its own style by exploiting its advantages to the full ; Thereafter to realize the aim of “to let a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend.”
