摘要
"教师评学"工作是高校教学质量评价的一个重要环节。对成都理工大学教师评学工作的实证研究表明,任课教师对学生学习情况的总体评价是好的,但对学习态度、课堂纪律、参加实验实训等方面认可度较低。另外,从年级和课程属性的统计结果来看,教师对高年级学生和上公选课学生的评价也较低。针对这一实证研究结果,今后应从严肃课堂纪律、加强专业和课程建设、加强对公选课的管理和合理制定教学计划等方面着手加以改进。
Teachers' evaluation work is an important constituent in the supervision and control system of teaching quality. The research of teachers' evaluation work in Chengdu University of Technology indicated that the teachers' overall appraisal on the students' study situation is good, but the teachers' approval is lower on the study manner,classroom discipline,and partici-pates tests. In addition, the teachers' appraisal on the higher grades and on the public election class student is lower from the statistical result of the grade and curriculum attribute. Therefore, the article puts forward several concrete methods to improve this situation,for example serious classroom discipline,strengthens the specialty and the curriculum constructs,strengthens to the public election class management and reasonable formulation plan of instruction and so on.
