对普通高校大学生余暇体育活动的调查研究

Investigation on Spare-Time Physical Activities of Common College/University Students

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等,对安徽省12所高校的3000名大学生的余暇体育的现状进行调查,分析了解大学生的余暇体育活动的动机、活动的项目、活动频度与活动时间、活动的场所、活动的形式以及影响大学生参加余暇体育锻炼的因素等方面进行研究,并针对发现的问题提出相应的建议,以期为体育教学的改革提供一定的参考。

We have made a survey of the current situation about the spare-time physical activities of 3000 college students in 12 colleges in Anhui Province by ways of documentary material method, questionnaire, method, talking method and so on, analyzing and studying college students spare-time physical activities＇ motive, training courses, frequency, schedule, place, form and factors that influence them to participate, putting forward suggestions for the discovered problems so as to provide reference for the reform of physical education.
