摘要
金川二矿区深部巷道围岩岩石破碎,蠕变特性明显,地应力大,巷道变形严重,巷道返修量大,严重制约了矿山的发展。通过现场调查及相关研究,本文分析了金川高地应力碎胀蠕变岩体巷道围岩的变形破坏特征、巷道变形破坏原因、影响巷道稳定性因素以及巷道失稳模式。借鉴煤巷锚杆支护动态信息设计法,改变过去金川二矿区深部巷道"先让后抗,先柔后刚"的支护原则,提出了适于金川巷道特点的巷道支护原则和巷道支护设计方法。
The deep roadway surrounding roek of Jinchuan No.2 mine area was crumbly and had obvious creep. The ground stress was large, and the deformation of roadway was serious, which made the repairing work increase, and restricted enterprise's developing. Through site investigation and relevant study, the roadway deformation characteristic and the cause, the factors of inflencing roadway stability, and the instability model of Jinchuan high ground stress roadway were analysed in this paper. Using coal mine bolt dynamic design for reference, changing past deep roadway support principle of Jinchuan No.2 mine area, suitable roadway support principle and support design method were put forward.
