摘要
研究结果表明,在养分含量极少的生土地上,抽穗后土壤水分胁迫时,旗叶和根系SOD活性明显降低,质膜透性加大,致使衰老加速。在土壤水分饱和条件下,灌浆中后期旗叶和根系SOD活性、根系活力、旗叶叶绿素含量以及硝酸还原酶活性都高于对照,质膜透性减小,植株衰老延缓,保证了生土地上当年种植小麦可获得正常产量。
The experiment showed that the SOD activities of wheat flag leaf and root obvoiusly decreased under drought stress conditions after heading stage on immature soil which is very little nutritious supply,and the relative permeability of plasma membrane increased,so the wheat plant senescence was rapid.When the soil water was saturated,the SOD activities of flag leaf and root, root vigor,chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activites of flag leaf were higher than that in the control group during the late grain filling period. As a result the wheat plant senescence was slow and wheat yield on immature soil reached the general level in the present year.
