摘要
针对FITS图像文件的特点,结合其在天文学领域的广泛应用,对其各种处理技术进行了简明扼要的介绍。包括FITS文件完整性的检查、文件头和数据内容的查看、图像特性的伪彩编码、文件格式的转换、数据的压缩及相关太阳物理信息的提取等内容。
FITS is the most commonly used digital file format in astronomy. The most useful techniques are gathered here to deal with files of FITS format, such as checking the file integrity, viewing the file header and the content, coding the characters of the image with pseudocolor, transforming the file format, compressing the data, and abstracting the implicative information from the solar observation and so on. These techniques on dealing with files of FITS format could be a good reference to astronomers and popular scientists.
