青少年权益保障的社会学干预理论认知

The Cognition of the Sociological Intervention Theory of Protecting Juvenile Rights and Interests

青少年属于弱势群体,处于社会的底层和边缘化状态,克服由于权益侵害而造成的青少年问题,甚至青少年犯罪,促进青少年的健康成长,需要借鉴社会学的能动干预理论,来探讨青少年权益保障的实现问题,目前只有政府积极干预我国的青少年权益保障事业才是理性和有效的选择。

Teenagers are vulnerable social groups in the bottom of the society. To overcome the damage to the rights and interests of teenagers, even juvenile delinquency, and to help teenagers＇ healthy growth, we need to make use of the dynamic intervention theory of sociology to probe the realization of the protection of juvenile rights and intersests. At present, only our government＇ s active intervention is the rational and effective choice.
