红景天复方对小鼠免疫、耐缺氧和抗疲劳能力的影响 被引量:48

摘要 目的探讨红景天复方对小鼠免疫、耐缺氧和抗疲劳能力的作用。方法6周龄清洁级昆明种小鼠随机分为生理盐水组、西洋参阳性对照组、红景天复方高、低剂量组4组,用药及进行适应性运动训练4周,通过小鼠爬竿试验、游泳试验、耐缺氧试验、碳末廓清试验(吞噬指数)、免疫器官质量法(胸腺指数和脾脏指数)观察红景天复方抗疲劳和增强免疫功能的作用。结果与生理盐水组比较,红景天夏方高、低剂量组能明显延长小鼠负重游泳持续时间(P<0.01),低剂量组能延长爬竿时间和增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P<0.05),明显增加小鼠肠腺指数及脾脏指数(P<0.01);高剂量组能增加脾脏指数(P<0.05)。结论红景天复方具有增强小鼠抗疲劳能力和免疫功能作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of compound Rohoodiola on immunity, anti-hypoxia and anti-tiredness in mice. Methods Healthy Kunming mice aged 6 weeks were randomly divided into 0.9% NS control group, Panax Quinquefolium control group, Rohodiola herb compound decoction low dosage group and high dosage group. In order to observe the effects of compound Rohoodiola on a nti-tiredness and immunity after treatment and adaptive training for 4 weeks , the indexes of the pole test, loading swimming test, bearing hypoxia at normal pressure, carbon clearance capacity test (phagocytic index), and immune organs weight (spleen index and the thymus index) were detected. Results The compound Rohoodiola could elongate the continual loading swimming and climbing time markedly, and the difference between HR group and NS group was significant (P〈0.01). But it couldn't prolong anti-hypoxia time of mice. Compared with N.S, it also enhanced mouse clearance capacity index, improved the spleen index and the thymus index (P〈0.05). Conclusion The compound Rohodiola has obvious effects to enhance the mouse abilities on anti-tiredness and improve the mouse immune function.
