棉织物热转移印花工艺探讨

Study of the Technology of Heat Transfer Printing on Cotton Fabric

采用变性剂，膨化剂等对棉织物预处理，然后进行热转移印花，并对影响棉的改性和转移印花的主要因素进行了分析，结果表明，采用此种转移印花方法，转移率可达72～73％，固色率为89～91％，转移印花后的皂洗牢度，摩擦牢度及织物上游离甲醛的含量均满足服用要求。

The cotton fabric was pretreated with resin and swellant, and the best technologycondition of transfer printing was studied. It is shown that the transfering rate of dyes is 72～73%, the fixing rate of dyes on cotton fabric is 89～91 %, and the colour fastness and the amountof the formaldehyde - free on cotton fabric are up to the wearing standard.
