摘要
以国内外关于战略转型的研究理论为基础,基于140家中国企业的问卷调查,利用实证研究方法探讨了我国企业战略转型能力及其各纬度对绩效的影响关系。研究结果证实我国企业的战略转型能力与企业绩效正相关,但战略转型能力的不同维度对绩效的作用呈现差异,进一步说明提升持续创新能力是影响企业绩效的关键因素,是企业竞争优势的源泉。
This study discusses the relationship between Chinese enterprise strategic transformation capability and its ability latitude impacting on the performance, based on the domestic and international strategic transformation theories and 140 Chinese enterprises＇ questionnaires by using empirical research method. The result shows that Chinese enterprise strategic transformation capability is positive correlation with the performance, but the different dimensions of strategic transformation capability effect on the performance differently, further illuminates that the continuance innovation capability is the key factor influencing on the performance and becomes a source of enterprise competitive advantage.
