摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤宿主体内脂质过氧化与微量元素锰、锌的关系。方法:采用小鼠S180皮下肉瘤模型,在肿瘤生长的不同时间测定脂质过氧化水平及锰、锌含量。结果:随着肿瘤的生长,宿主肝脏及瘤组织脂质过氧化水平逐渐升高,锰含量显著下降,两者呈负相关;瘤组织锌也呈下降趋势,但未显示出与脂质过氧化水平升高间的相关性。结论:肿瘤宿主组织的脂质过氧化升高与组织锰、锌含量的降低有关。
Objective: To explore the association between the lipoperoxidation and manganese, zine content in tumour- beating mice. Methods : The lipoperoxide level (LPO) and manganese(Mn), zine(Zn) content were determined in liver and tumour tissue, measurement being made different days after the inoculation of S180 tumour cell . Results : The results showed a remarkable increase of LPO in host liver and tumour tissue, but a remarkable reduction of Mn content with the growth of tumour. The negative correlation was noted between LPO and Mn. Although Zn content in tumour tissue was low, no correlation was noted between LPO and Zn. Conclusion: These findings suggest that Mn deficiency may be one of the reasons resulting in LPO increase.
