摘要
目的:建立一种用电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定新疆石榴皮中微量元素及含量的方法。方法:用硝酸—高氯酸进行消解,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)同时测定新疆石榴皮样品中B、Ba、Cu、Sr、Ti、Zn、Mn、P、V、Ni、Mg、Ca、Co、C、Al、Fe等多种微量元素。结果:其相对标准偏差为0.38%~2.61%,回收率为95.8%~101.3%。研究表明新疆石榴皮中含有比较丰富的Ca、Mg元素,微量元素在植物药中可能起到一定的药理作用。结论:ICP—AES法测定简单,快速,灵敏度高,准确度高,且多元素同时测定,适用于新疆石榴皮中微量元素的测定。
Objective: To develop a method of detecting the trace elements in Punica granaturn L Methods: A method of determination of trace elements in Punica granatum L. was developed by using ICP-AES together with HNO3-HClO4 digestion, Results: The average recovery was 95.8 % - 101.3 % and the RSD of 0.38 % - 2.61%. The method was applied to the analysis of some practical samples. Relatively abundant Mg was detected, Because the trace elements play an important medical role in plant medicine, Conclusion: The determination of those substances by using ICP-AES is of importance in the assessment of plant medicine.
