从法规和可操作性的角度讨论了电站锅炉产品的锅筒水压试验现行工艺,得出其试验压力、升压降压速度和保压时间在检验锅筒质量方面存在的问题,建议采用更合理的水压试验工艺。

In view of the law and operability, the technology of hydraulic test for drum of power boiler product is discussed, it draw the existing problem in aspect of inspecting drum quality about pressure of test, velocity of improving pressure and decreasing pressure, the time of keeping pressure. Then it is suggested that the better reasonable technology of hydraulic test should be used.
