摘要
介绍了成本效益分析(CBA)在噪声控制工程领域应用的最新国际动态,并例举了有关交通噪声的重要案例。CBA是一项多学科交叉的工作,在环境声学中具有广泛应用的潜力。虽然在中国的应用尚很少,但若能加以发展和合理地发挥作用,可为有关部门实施噪声防治措施和科学管理提供实用的手段。
By reviewing the latest international literature, this paper introduces the recent progress approaches of the applications of coast benefit analysis （CBA） worldwide in noise control engineering, have many potential values on environmental acoustics. There were only few cases with CBA for noise abatements in China, but the authors believe it may grow up and become an important method for environmental noise management and project development,
