摘要 折射型X射线聚焦组合透镜(XCRLs)是一种利用折射效应对X射线聚焦成像的新型光学元件。本文从制作材料和结构设计两方面,系统介绍了目前X射线折射聚焦组合透镜在国内外的发展状况及其主要的应用领域。 Compound X-ray focusing refraction lens is a new refraction optical device for X-ray focusing and imaging. The development and main applications of compound X-ray focusing refraction lenses are reviewed in this paper, with emphases in their fabrication materials and structure design.
