基于日发电调度计划的超额支付费用算法

摘要 对制定日发电调度计划中的各种约束条件进行了分析和归类,将约束划分为系统固有约束和被动约束,以此为基础定义了实际购电成本中的超额支付费用,并提出了一种通过考虑不同约束条件的组合制定日发电调度计划求取超额支付费用的计算方法.超额支付费用的计算方法能确定电网日常运行中超支的购电费用,帮助电网公司监控电网的经济运行状态,提高电网公司的经济运行水平,控制和降低运行成本.通过算例证明了该计算方法的有效性. In the interim of the restructure of the power market in China, the grid company should guarantee the security of the operating network and balance the profit of each generation company, thus the electricity purchasing cost related to the practical generation schedule sometimes exceeds the optimal purchasing cost. Based on the re-classification of the constraints set, the above-norm payment was defined and a practical above-norm payment calculating method was proposed. The proposed method took into account two different combinations of the constraints to develop the generation schedule and to calculate the above-norm payment. At last, an example was presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of this quantitative analysis of the above-norm payment. The above-norm payment can help the grid company to monitor the purchasing cost overruns, and to promote measures to improve economic operations.
