摘要 在分析电荷泵锁相环结构和原理的基础上,采用符号函数sign()来描述状态变化,建立一个输入参考频率为50 MHz,输出频率为900 MHz的三阶电荷泵锁相环的事件驱动模型,通过设定模型中的参数,应用Matlab对模型进行仿真.结果表明:当输入频率为50MHz时,此三阶电荷泵锁相环完全能够锁定,并且在锁定时,输出频率为900 MHz,达到设计目的,并且该事件驱动模型大大提高了效率. .A 3rd order event-driven model of Charge-Pump PLL, 50 MHz input and 900 MHz output frequency, was presented. The state changes were described by the sign function sign(). We set up the parameters of the model and simulated it with the Matlab. The results have indicated that this 3rd CPPLL can be locked, while the input frequency was 50 MHz and the output frequency was 900 MHz. This model has greatly upgraded the efficiency and achieved the design objectives.
