摘要
以煤矸石为主要原料,制备生物滤池滤料。采用正交实验设计,研究煤矸石粒度、助熔剂比例、黏土比例和烧结温度对滤料性能的影响。结果表明:当煤矸石粒度为100目,助熔剂加量为6%,黏土加量为5%,焙烧温度为1000℃时,滤料的综合性能指标最好,其显气孔率为58.28%,容重为1.13g/cm3,酸蚀率为1.10%,碱蚀率为0.17%。
A biological aerated filter was prepared by coal gangue as essential material. The influences of the gangue grain size, the flux and clay content, the sintering temperature on performances of the filter were study by an orthogonal experiment table. The results showed when the coal gangue grain size is 100 mesh, the flux content is 6%, the clay content is 8% and the sintering temperature is 1000℃, performances of the sample are the best. Its porosity is 58.28%, volume weight is 1.13g/cm^3. acid solution ratio is 1.10%, alkali solution ratio is 0.17%.
