摘要
对湛江科华公司石英砂经过分级、磁选、擦洗、酸浸、浮选等选矿试验研究后证实,采用高梯度干法磁选-加药强力擦洗-酸浸等方法进行选矿处理,可使SiO2含量达到99.4%以上,Fe2O3≤0.052%,Al2O3≤0.049%,提纯后石英砂化学成分达到了硅微粉的质量要求,超细磨矿后可用于环氧树脂浇注料、灌封料、电焊条保护层和耐磨性涂料等领域。
The quartz sand of Zhanjiang Kehua is purified by classification, magnetic separation, scouring, acid leaching and flotation process. The experimental results show that the high-purity quartzite product containing SiO2≥99.4%, Fe2O3≤0.052%, Al2O3≤0.049% can be obtained by scouring with the dry, magnetic separation, scouring with the special chemical reagent and acid leaching.After the depuration,quartz sand chemical composition has achieved fine silicon powder quality requirement. Through the superfine grinding, the fine silicon powder can be used in the epoxy resin pouring and sealing material, the welding rod protector and the wear-resistant coating, etc.
