摘要
建立了NaOH间接滴定法快速测定工业废水中硫酸根含量的分析方法。在水样消解并消除干扰后的微酸性溶液中,先加入过量的盐酸联苯胺溶液,沉淀完全后,将沉淀过滤并溶于热水中。然后以酚酞作指示剂,用NaOH标准溶液滴定滤液至终点。测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)仅为0.33%,加标回收率(R)在94.94%~99.08%之间。结果表明,改进后的方法简单、快捷、干扰小,准确度和精密度与国家标准方法一致,测定结果的相对偏差(RD)<3.0%。
A method for the rapid determination of SO42- in industry waste water by NaOH titration. After sample of water is dissolved and masking disturbs, in weak acids solution and superfluous benzidine hydrochloride is put into the waster water is made first, When the benzidine sulfate sediment is deposited, the sediment is filter and dissolved with hot water. Then titration by the standard solution of NaOH to end point, with the phenolphthalein as the indicator, The relative standard deviation is only 0.33% and the recovery rate of add standard is between 94.94% and 99.08%. The results showed that the improved method is easy and last and less interference. The results of this method accuracy and precision accord with those obtainet by national standard method with the relative deviation of less than 3.0%.
