摘要
针对食品工业的膜反应器中反应分离一体化出现的膜污染和浓差极化问题,本文提出通过外加电磁场和流体动力场来强化超滤膜反应分离过程,试图找出最适反应器和膜分离一体化的条件及设计模型。这一研究课题是国家教委博士学科点专项科研基金资助项目。 在食品化学工业中,为了得到所需要的产品,通常必须控制一定的操作条件,让原料在反应器内发生反应。由于在反应过程中还有其他副反应同时发生,因此原料不会100％地转化成产品。
Membrane reactor is a device for mixing food ingredients and separating those unreacted components simultaneously. It has been used in the food industry since the 70's. Nowadays, researchers are attempting to improve the function of this device by using electromagnetic fields and fluid flow mechanisms.
