新特区背景下成都市构建和谐人口面临的困难及对策思考

A Study of Issues and Countermeasures of Building Harmonious Population on the Background of the NEW SPECIAL ZONE in Chengdu

本文在建立全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区(新特区)的背景下,分析了成都市构建和谐人口面临的困难,提出成都市在人口结构、人口素质等方面存在不利于构建和谐人口的因素,并在此基础上探讨成都市在新特区背景下构建和谐人口的对策。

On the background of constructing the trial zone of comprehensive coordinated reform,this paper analyses the challenge of building Harmonious Population in Chengdu, and put forwards there are numerous barriers to build Harmonious Population in terms of population structure and population quality and so on. In this background, this thesis brings out a realized scheme of building Harmonious Population in Chengdu based on the New Special Zone.
