羊塔克凝析气田复合盐岩层钻井技术研究与应用 被引量:9

摘要 羊塔克凝析气田位于塔北隆起羊塔克构造带1号构造东端,下第三系普遍存在一套复合盐岩层,特别是夹在复合盐岩层中的软泥岩、复合盐膏层缩径与井漏并存,造成井眼极不稳定,给钻井施工带来很多复杂和事故,其钻井风险很大,尤其是216mm井眼的电测和下套管作业更是异常困难。文章以羊塔克1-10井的实钻资料为依据从羊塔克凝析气田复合盐岩层的成因、危害、主要特征、钻井工艺及技术措施、钻井液技术措施等几个方面对羊塔克凝析气田复合盐岩层钻井技术进行了分析和总结,为该地区以后的钻井施工提供了依据。 Yangtake gas condensate field exists a suit of composite salt bed in Eogene system,in which interspersing soft mudstones.Hole diameter reduction and circulation loss co-exist in composite salt bed,resulting in unstable well condition.This,in turn,brings about lots of complexity and accident during drilling and cementing operation,especially for well logging and 8 1/2' casing running procedures.This paper analyzed the genesis,danger and characteristics of composite salt bed in Yangtake gas condensate field based on Well Yangtake 1-10 drilling data.Meanwhile,it also analyzed the drilling technology of composite salt bed in Yangtake gas condensate field from the drilling procedure,drilling fluids etc.aspects,and provided technical reference for drilling in this area.
